Iowans With Disabilities Event

Opportunities for those with disabilities in Washington County · September 26, 2019

Iowans with Disabilities in Action will be coming to Mid-Prairie's high school library to have conversations about supporting individuals with disabilities in our Washington County communities.  They offer unique tools intended to inform, educate and empower Iowans with disabilities to more effectively advocate for change that increases their opportunities to be productive, independent and included members of their communities.

On the 16th at 6PM, they will have a screening of Intelligent Lives, by Dan Habib followed by a community conversation.  Dinner will be provided.

Please contact Amy Shalla, ashalla@mphawks.org or at 319-325-6045 if you have any questions.  Feel free to bring your friends or anyone else who would be interested.
